I don't mean to seem rude, but I have my doubts over whether the tyres and brakes truly are brand new, judging purely from the pictures. Of course, I may be mistaken, if so, apologies.

i was showing one of my friends what my bike looked like with the original paint etc... after looking at the bike for a wile i seen that the rust on the lower bracket for the bottle cage cover the hole of the bracket and no rust on the upper bracket. this is the same as when i got this bike. then i seen the 3 white tie raps on the frame. one in the center at the bottle cage and one at each end. the same as i got the bike. also the cable stop on the left hand side for the brake leavers was broken the same as mine was when i got the bike. i had to get new ones.... i have pictures of the bike when i got it and i will include them hear. i would like to hear what you think. i will also add a picture of when that bike looks like today
