Broken gear cable adjuster (wheel guide)?

Hi all. Does anyone know what this (now broken) gear cable part is called with the disc? I've tried searching on Google for gear guide wheel etc. to no avail. Broke this morning and trying to figure out if I replace or remove. TIA

Avid Rollamajig. I bet a decent bike shop will have one in a drawer. Failing that a longer cable outer.

Excellent, thank you! Rollamajig wasn't something I would ever have thought of Going down the longer cable outer route I think.
