Bring out your multitools....!!!

A lot of people carry chain connectors to deal with chain issues - but don't realise that you need a chain splitter to actually prepare the chain for insertion of the link. I have the Chain Pup above in one bag and one of these in another...which is attached to the Micra above on the split ring. Another tiny n nice n useful object. It even has reliever plates to loosen up links if you just join the links without a chain connector.

Topeak alien, couple of crank bros more lezyne etc in shed. Oh and opinel in various sizes. I select depending on possible need and method of carriage.

Oh and a couple of Swiss cards and more knives inc mini champ on car keys.

Nicely thought thread. Nothing special for me, although I’ve had a few multitools that have all been lost. Somehow this multitool I found in the street and a Swiss knife have lasted. Only thing I don’t like on it, is the rubbish screw heads and possibly a 8mm hex but it’s become an object of sentimental attachement.
