I have Breezer catalogues from 93 to 98 and in 97 the storm WAS alloy.
96 and earlier plus 98 were all cro moly, so this was a one year anly venture into alloy for the storm.

I agree on both counts.
Far prefer the cromo ones for ride and looks but it's still a Breezer.
