The last time I saw one of these, it was on Amasa Back in Moab, being ridden by Joe (on the evening of the day that I saw Tom Ritchey break the beam on his version of one "playing" on Slickrock).

You could always drill through the top tube into the seat tube and have a really low sloping top tube frame
