The colour of the hubs make me think they're Exage Mountain and rims are Araya by the looks of the sticker.

Rear hub looks the wrong shape to me, rims are possibly Araya.

They do look exactly like the Exage Mountain on my Overburys, bolt on rear, qr front. Don’t think the pedals or headset are though.

Used to be a shop in Grantham that sold some higher end Emmelles.
