quick search and the T means it has the axle stopper (that black ring) and E means it's for an e-type mech which mounts on the bottom bracket, hence the 73+3)
which makes it a bit harder
you could use a 73-125 one, but you still have to find it.
It may be easier to look for a 127.5 length (a bit wider on the drive side) or if you have 2.5mm to play with on the none drive side then a 122.5 length.
Might just be worth less hassle getting a new crank and bottom bracket setup
