I found the Flite - why is it always at the bottom of the last box you have??
Ties in with the white & yellow highlights nicely


Do I need wider bars?

Some beautiful M900 shininess arrived this morning, thanks to Alec aka Bollox64

So things have been progressing....

The Manitou2 have had a bit of a work - steerers swapped - rub with an oily rag. Waiting on sacrificial 1" nuts to use on shortening the steerer and new elastomers.


Not sure if the gold SRP bolts are doing it for me......
The plain black are perhaps a case of less is more..... Any thoughts on which you prefer?

I actually quite like the gold...

Brings out the yellow on the paintwork/decals nicely.

Then again...

Could do with some full-size photos to have a proper look!

I have the gold SRP rear mech bolts too - but I don't know that I'm convinced - and they are a b*gger to swap. The gold doesn't quite match the yellow - whereas the yellow in the Flite and Chill-Pills does.

I'll do the fork and then have a mull.......

Frustrated - aka forking threads

I have a nice new Tange headset - that happy screws down the threads of a couple of other 1" steerer forks.
I have another 1" headset that happily onto and down the Manitou and the other two.

Can I get the Tange to thread down on the Manitou - can I hell!!

Great looking bike! Sorry to hear about the threading woes, I’m sure you’ll overcome the problems
