Changing-out strut top bearings on the wifes car for most of the afternoon, but just managed a quick five miles to christen it!
Managed a couple of decent wee climbs that I had in my head I wanted to be able to do with the 32/20 gearing and I actually managed both, albeit with a little standing-on-the-pedals action!
It's VERY smooth and VERY quiet, just the noise of the big tyres over the ground the only real sound.
Cockpit feels good, maybe push the saddle back 10mm, but otherwise it feels great, fast, agile, light and supple.... and it climbs really well too, so overall a big thumbs-up!
Will eventually play around with the gearing as I have an 18 to try, but even though it's pretty 'spinny' on the flat, I reckon it'll serve me well enough until I get some fitness back!
