also saw this picture in DEAN gallery. finally someone had a similar frame.

Just got this bike today, ignore the seatpost stem and fork.
It has got original DEAN seat post, DEAN handlebar, DEAN carbon fibre bar ends, mixture of xt, lx and stx parts.

Tried google for more information but got no results, retrobike has got only ti DEAN. Are aluminium DEAN that bad?

anyone knows what model is it? :LOL:
 
contact Dean direct. Will reply quick. Dean seem to have gone through a period of making non ti bikes.
They made 12 Dean Trimble's in 98
 
I think that may be a Dean Oscar. Hard to say if it was made in CO or somewhere else as many of the early Dean ti frames were actually made by TST.

Since it appears Dean had some sort of deal with Control Tech, it's possible that frame may have been made by them (CT also made some of the early Schwinn Homegrowns in the 90s).

Dean also has a sister company, Ionic, that makes steel frames.
