Nominations for the July '14 BoTM please. This month the bikes must have a French Connection, i.e. be made in France or have a strong tie (do your best) to the home of fromage.

Motobecane went bankrupt in 1984. Yamaha changed the name to MBK. I have later Ranger Hi Tech 88 or 89 still branded Motobecane. They were made in France anyway afaik. So, I'd conclude this is french.

As long as it's not the Motobecane USA which is a different company.
