Bike ninja

Just wondering how bike ninja can profit out of using companies logos without infringing copyright. Surely it cant be right that someone can make money off the back of another companies success?

Re:

I think some of the logos are subtly different, which might avoid any copyright infringement. The Kona logo looks similar, but not quite the same as the original. Others must be done with permission of the companies.

The company ones are authorised

Every company has given there permission, to reproduce there logos and earn from them....?

Is this a late April fools joke....?

It may or may not be the case, however it does seem a little far fetched that they have given permission, that would mean they are produced under Licence and would be taking a cut.
He could start branding frames with other companies logos, that would be interesting.

All it will take is an email to ebay, and the lot will be taken down, for copyright infringement.

he does a good job, but he needs to be careful.

very sign writer in the country can do it, if they are ballsy enough.

Its a fair point though,

i have bought several bits and pieces, and all of it is good quality, the Owners of each copyright, might argue that it isnt up to there standards though, much in the same way as buying any fake goods, Levi, Nike, Addidas, Rolex, etc etc etc.

This fella seems quite sharp though, each copyright has been tweaked just enough, so he might not have to worry about it.

I guess only the copyright owners will know.
