Bianchi NTH (1990?)

Soundifferent

Dirt Disciple
Just when I decided on selling some bikes that I wasn't particularly attached to in order to free up some space, this pops up:

It’s a bit rusty but the drivetrain is in very good conditions for its age.

I’m still not sure it’s just surface rust but I love NTHs so much I’m thinking of having it repainted and rebuilt from the ground up.
Still…one more project 😂

Beautiful bike, worth the time.
Yes, it's very difficult to find any information.
And yes, they're beautiful. I love them too. Maybe one day I'll get one like this.
For now, I'll continue with my project, which I also love.

Thanks, I wish my NTH project was that far ahead. I’m focusing on my ‘88 Team Stumpjumper, then i will carefully tear it down and let a pro do some magic with the frame.
Since you’re mentioning Dario Acquaroli, next week we’ll be celebrating him with the Vintage Ride MTB 👍🏼

Ah! That reminds me, back in January I missed a wonderful opportunity to get a Bianchi-Martini in Deddacciai tubing just like the one Dario Acquaroli wore at the 1996 U-23 World Cup.
I think it went to Canada, but I'm still crying over the missed opportunity.
🥺

Well, I lost the Bianchi, but thanks to that, I was able to get the Cinelli.
And honestly, the Bianchi hurts, but the Cinelli is a stylish and classy bike; I'm in love with it.
As we say in Spain: "No hay mal que por bien no venga" (every cloud has a silver lining).
