The 2nd bike shows the pre-70's location of the serial number, on the front of the seat tube lug. I think in 1970 they split the number between drive and non-drive side of the lug, like mine.
Also i've only been able to find one early 1970's Bianchi catalog, a 1973 for the Italian market. They do not show a integrated headset model in the line-up.
I can't see any 70s frames with integrated headsets also 70s frames have braze-on brake cable bosses on the top tube. The one in the picture looks the same as yours to me. Eyelets on the dropouts the same also. 70 on the serial number doesn't have to mean the year. Any Bianchi experts on FB or anything?
Had an ask on Steel is Real on fb. Seems like you have a 60s frame but Cinelli BB is early 80s. Probably when the water bottle fixings were added as an upgrade.
