Bianchi frame identification

Hi all,
I'm considering the below frame on eBay and was wondering if it was genuine. I'm not familiar with the giveaway signs that might suggest its a fake or a lesser model than the seller claims.

Every Bianchi I have seen / owned has the frame number stamped at the top of the headtube, as does that frame in the link. The decals match the earlier Bianchi's, so i'd agree with his assertion of 1974, though how he has established this i'm not sure. Certainly not seen that type of lugwork on a Bianchi before though. Not convinced it's worth that much if i'm honest, that's a fairly high asking price.
