Hello, Off to Holland again this year tandemming around the polders of Edam, Volendam, Hoorn etc.
Has anyone tried Panaracer Pasela Tour Guard 26 x 1.75 Kevlar/Aramid reinforced tyres either on a tandem or a single bike? SJS Cycles reckon they are the only tyres endorsed for tandem use and can be inflated safely above the recommended max. of 65psi (but not by how much).
We did blow a rear tyre a while back, no injuries but painful nonetheless walking the 5 miles home. Any recommendations or reviews of the Panaracers are gratefully received.
