Forks are tange strut but I’m not sure what year they came out. I think mid 90s
BB serial number. Ti gurus. Do you recognise these frame??

The dropouts look like DBR Axis TT?
That's what I thought, but rules out as the dbr is not monostay.

That helps me personally, zero. Maybe the seller can remove the stinking cable guide and make an effort to sell it 
I fpund this one, with all same details everywhere. Notclear 100% what it is, but maybe "Performance" bikes from nineties. Not a high end mtb.

Mid to late 90s we saw ti frames in every brand line up. That´s because they were all made at 2 or 3 factories using the same tubing, drop outs and geo. It was the norba geometry era w/ bikes having the same numbers. Unless it was a Fat Chance, Ibis or Merlin maybe Litespeed, the ti frames all rode the same. Even the reviews read the same. Btw, Litespeed also made run of the mill frames for big brands.
This is a good looking frame and the fork looks like the tange segmented which is not cheap on the market. That´s my 2 cent opinion.
