Sorted Band-on/ clamp-on downtube cable stops wanted. Suntour or Campagnolo

Hello,
I am building up a bike for me Julie and I am being held up by a small bit needed to complete it. I am after a clamp-on down tube cable stops, ideally made by Suntour (like the one on attached picture) or Campagnolo. In chrome please. I would like to use thumbies on a road-ish frame that does not have any braze-ons on the downtube. I have tried a band on shifter mount with screw on adapters but it looks too chunky.
I found one I like on eBay but it’s in the U.S.of A, and with shipping etc comes up to 40 quid, which is a bit ridiculous. If you have one sitting in your spares, and willing to part with it, please get in touch. Thanks very much!
