I'm in Winnipeg and am always interested in having an extra frameset or two.
Steel is preferred. I'm not a collector and seek good quality (but not exotic) utility frames to use.
Sizewise, a 24" seat tube and 23" top tube would work. The top tube is the crucial metric though.
