Asking info about the Stump-jumper look a like

Dear all,
I just got a vintage bike that looks similar to the Stumpjumper old model. The info on its frame only Tange decal and a blurred yellow ring.
The bike has 47 cm. long tail and unicrown fork. Having searched the internet, I found the frame similar to early model of the Stumpjumper or Mongoose MTB. Please amy has seen or know the brand origin, I would very much appreciate for your sharing.
Thank you.

Man that's an odd one. Even the serial number screams stumpy or at least specialized. M6J - 1986 built in October likely, but if its an 1986 stumpy it should have a unicorn fork.

Another spesh model? From the same factory?

Cool ride. Let me know if you wanna part with that seat. I have a 1985 Team it would be awesome on :)

Nice bike nonetheless!

Re:

Seat cluster is wrong for a Specialized. I'm sure someone will get it. Looks lovely though :)

Re:

Thank you all gurus for your comment and advice. :) I'll keep searching.

Lovely bike but take the kickstand off asap and sort the paint loss that will be underneath it. Ruins the look of a fantastic bike.
