What you see is what you get.
Chainring bolts are seized or stripped, need drilling out, not difficult, would do it myself if I hadn't left my drill at my ex wife's house!
The plastic thread protector is missing on the non drive side. That is literally all it does...stops the thread getting dirty.
Personally I would drill out the bolts, keep the titanium middle ring which looks in good shape and have a nice light single speed set up for your pub/hack bike
