Anyone recognise this headset?

Pulled this off a 92 RM Hammer I'm restoring, as far as I can tell the bike originally came with a Ritchey Logic headset which I intend to replace it with. Just curious as to what this one may be, seems incomplete and I don't think the top nut is necessarily the original.

Also any idea how to disassemble it? Bearing housings seem to be fixed to the races, I'd like to strip them down to give them a proper clean, but don't want to damage them by trying to remove what should not be removed..

I think the Ritcheys of that time came with traditional ball bearings, not cartridge ones like these. Possibly Dia Compe or Tange Seiki?

Thanks for the response, you confirm my thoughts re the Ritchey headset. This one feels dreadful, may be beyond saving.

New Ritchey 1.1/8” threaded headsets are still easily available and they won’t cost much. Feels like a good upgrade for this lovely frame. Just make sure to check the stack height. And pics of your frame and project are always appreciated. Plenty of Rocky Mountain lovers here.

Cheers, I'll make a thread when I start working on the bike, so far I just stripped it down in preparation for a new paint job.
