I buyed (by paypal )a seatpost shim the 18th march.Then i hano no news from him, no mails, nothing....

If they are in your inbox he hasn't read them yet.

Once he reads them they'll go into the sent box

That's why he hasn't answered, he's not read them

He may have a valid reason for not being able to read your messages (holiday, accident, hospital...)

Although 3 weeks is a long time for your goods to arrive. Where are your from? Sometimes postage can be slow if it goes overseas.

Did you pay by paypal gift, or normal paypal?
