That's a Super Strada. Year: after 1985 as 653 was introduced in 1986. 126mm spacing would put it 1986-1989. 130mm spacing would be 1990s.

The Shimano 105 SL-1050 downtube shifters are from 1987-89.

Either the first two digits or the last two digits of the frame number will tell you the year it was built.
