Anyone Know Seat Clamp Size for LTS 2000?

I'm trying to slowly gathering parts to renovate my old 1998 LTS 2000 (the one with the curved seat tube), however the bike is in storage at the mo, so can't get to it to measure the diameter of the seat tube to replace the old allen bolt seat clamp for a QR version.

I have seen on the web people saying several different sizes for the seat post...31.6mm seems to have been mentioned a few times?

Anyone know what size clamp i would need for this? 34.9mm? Or would that not be big enough?

Any help would be appreciated.

I reckon it will be 31.8...

Seatpost is 31.6, seatclamp is 34.9 - but the front mech is 31.8 as its on a seperate stub

DB Apex 1993

I see you have a DB Apex of the same vintage as mine - any idea what the seatpost size is? I run a USE post and need a new shim, but cannot decide (using calipers) whether it is 26.4 or 26.6.
