Don't know if £450 is a good price? Anyone know if the hubs can be converted to disc? Will this one fit any bike?

great price, but expensive (£200+) to convert to disc as hub end plate and external cable box kit required. Will fit any canti/V-brake frame with 135 dropouts as is, anything 135 with cable box upgrade.
