Any recommended paint stripping folks in London?

Hi all, I have a frame I am looking to paint and refinish myself, but whilst I have the kit required for that, I'm keen to avoid the mess of Nitromors etc in prepping the frame to begin with.

Any London/roundabout forum members with recommendations for paint shops or anyone else who would chemically strip the frame for me?

Why are you chemically stripping - any media blaster should do?

Grand. Its a new endeavor for me and I'd read chemical was generally kinder as it removes less of the base metal etc. But it's a good solid chunk of steel so I'm probably being too cautious! :mrgreen:

Please don't do any kind of blasting unless it's a 1950s Schwinn Excelsior or something that was actually built like a tank.

Sorry Haaland, you are plain wrong. Media /shot blasting not sand. It's what most bike refinishers will use, not chemical. It gets the metal far cleaner and with a decently keyed finish to take a new coat. See below, from one of the best refinishers in the UK:
