Any ideas what this 50s lightweight is?

Help Needed Please!

One of five lightweights that I was given recently but no idea what one is? It's clearly 40s/50s although it has some more modern Reynolds forks on it, and has some nice features - notably, the fancy pump peg reinforcement, rear brake bridge reinforcements and gear cable jockey wheel that is very similar to my late forties Harry Rensch CDM - at first I thought it might be a Paris or similar?

The short frame number is on the near side rear drop-out.

Any ideas much appreciated...

It looks mid 1950s, but how odd to have a nicely finished brake bridge and extremely crudely fitted rear ends.

I know what your saying Keith, they do look like the crude 'crushed' finishing of some poor later bikes but on re-examining the rear ends, I think they have been filed back to create than scalloped shape I think?

I was thinking of the way the ends are not finished/filed into the slotted ends of the stays, its not what a quality builder would do, in contrast to the brake bridge.
