Got 'em in the post yesterday! :D

NOS Answer Alumilite bars – the coolest DH bars ever made (IMHO).
Look study enough :shock: they'll probably double the weight of the bike they're going on... :LOL:

supercool, and yeah they are ermm solid... remember a mate ordered a set but decided they were too heavy to go on his Intense M1!
Cool thouigh, I had a set on my first generation DMR trailstar for a while as the shim means you can run them in a BMX stem which were the best things available at the time.

I think they're also for motorbikes, the sticker talks about the 'throttle' and 'clutch'... :LOL:
 
I ran a set for years. They not as heavy as that wall thickness makes them look. What they are however is SOLID - you get no flex from these puppies... and they are also not that wide compared with even modern XC riser bars.
 
They're not indestructible though - I bent my set, although to be fair other bars may well have snapped.
