Haven't looked at your link, but you can anodise titanium and some other materials.
Spokes I would guess are aluminium, only joking, they are probably titanium..

haven't recieved a reply yet, but my guess would be that they aren't titanium, based purely on the price. the usual price is 5 euros for 10 spokes and nipples, wheres a single Ti spoke is normally between £2-£3

no they're blue
