Is there a level of adjustment in the fitting to the fork then? If you mean winding out the pads then yes I tried to wind them right out but no difference

Yes mate the main mounting holes on the caliper are elongated to allow side to side adjustment of its position on the fork.
Easiest way to do it is loosen the bolts slightly, squeeze the brake lever to centralize it on the rotor, then while still holding the brake nip up the bolts again. (EDIT: maybe best to centralize it by eye then adjust your pads accordingly. The method above is for hydraulic brakes)

Didn't get chance to look at the brakes again, youngest's birthday + work!
But I did get a couple of cheeky purchases.
Ashima 160mm rotor:
Kona branded black seat post, I don't car that it's heavier than the kalloy, some things have to be done:
And the Kula Gold 18" frame really is a beautiful colour:
Bit of chain suck damage to the stay but generally pretty good. I believe it's a 2011 and it looked pretty well specd up

Can anyone tell me if the headset on the orange Kula is integrated/semi/zero stack etc?

Looked like a zero stack (ZS) to me and then I followed your link to the 2011 specs. Kona describe is as internal / zero stack. There's a good chance it's ZS44, which would be the best outcome.
If so, you need a Hope Top 2 (HSC2_) which is available in all their colours. If both top and bottom is ZS44 then you can use a 1-1/8" Zero stack bottom cup too, Hope Bottom B (HSCB_), to get the bearing away inside the frame.... Or, it opens up the option for a tapered fork. If your frame will take one, if it's 44mm, then I don't see why not(?). Then get a hope HSCH_.
To be sure you'll need to knock cups out and measure with a caliper. Should be 44mm diameter.

Thanks! Any lightweight options other than hope? I think it's a Token that's in there. I'm sure Ca e Creek will do some but probably all black
