I've buggered it up today. Tried to flat it off a bit and went through the white to primer :(

I think I've come up with an answer, but just means this won't be as clean and perfect as i wanted.

Where on the frame did you break through?
It Might be possible to feather it in.
 
So here it is. I gave up on trying to fix the white and pulled the forks apart instead...i now have no way of refilling them with oil but we'll cross that bridge later.

Waiting for a can if white to touch up a few bits on the fork lowers and can then finally clear coat it.

7 months later and still not quite up and running. But partially together and rear hub bearing fixed.

I need to pump the forks up, add oil, headset spacers and some hydro disc brakes.

Then the list is stuff I want rather than need, but we all have those don't we!
