Always liked the Manitou Mars forks. They look nice on old Kona's too.

They do look pretty good eh. In truth I'm not familiar, as they are probably from the era I was more interested in less healthy pursuits and didn't touch a bike for a decade...

I guess you are right! At that price they can't be too hot, and I'm not looking at selling although I have seen a few sets in the £150 area

I didn't know this. Are the Super the top of the line or were the Elite?

I'd find the history of these pretty interesting to read

Elite were top but there was also version called Mars CL which had a carbon arch that was seen on a lot of WC race bikes in the day.
