Sorry 4 arm 42 or 44T,'98-'99,its the one that the spider seems to be part of the outer ring
I've still to check via the Shimano rep to see if they're still readily available,i'll try and phone today

if you have any luck finding one drop me a line as I have been looking for a while too. I have an LX one which looks the same but with a black ring which I might just strip the paint from!

I reackon my best chance is a new one from shimano,pricey but at least you know it'll last
Or Ill sell it on and go for the m737 or something with easier to get rings

M739 also had a 5 arm it looks... and do a 5 arm adaptor ? v pricey though.

If you're after an original XT M739 4 arm outer, I've got one in nearly new condition that I don't really mind letting go of.
I converted my M739's to a 5 arm spider shortly after I bought them BITD. Back then I didn't really like the look of this new fangled 4 arm malarkey.
Besides which, Pace only made 5 arm rings at the time, and I simply had to have Pace chainrings...
As a result it's had very little use and has been wrapped up in the spares box for the last 10 years. As you can see from the pictures it's almost as good as new.
How does £35 posted sound?
