Pulled this from my road bike earlier - an early shimano sealed cartridge BB, model UN10

Plastic cups both sides, and evidently predating the shimano spline system - it uses a FAG-type tool for removal

I've never seen one before, and search both here and google turns up almost nothing

Still waiting to get a good stretch of time to get these edited and up, but a rough cut of the 1991 English catalogue Nexus.

BB-UN10 was also used in the rest of the low end Road range, 500/300EX..
It'll be 115mm in length as it was a road bottom bracket.

it *should* be 113 for the cranks it was fitted to

rest of the bike was 600 ultegra with 105 hubs, so i guess a little cost-cutting had taken place

Check on the axle for a DH marking, usual place probably, the smooth bits just outside the cups.
I say 115 as they only list it as 115mm for any of them, be it single or double cranks or some fancy thing.

EDITed marking
