AMP F3 converting help

Hey guys, just sent a message to Brion about converting a 1-1/8” to a 1”, he told me that I'm unnecessary to change the Steer Clamp but just use the "Steer Clamp Sleeve", could anybody tell me what is it?
Well, I'm Chinese :facepalm: can't translate the concept "Steer Clamp Sleeve" .

It may well be a sleeve the sits at the bottom of the tube too give the extra width. In the same way you can shim a stem or steerer too make it fit properly.

Oh no, I made a mistake!! :shock:
My AMP F3 is 1-1/8" , but my frame is 1" headtube……so Brion "misunderstood" what I mean.

Back to my question, is there any way to use 1-1/8" fork on 1" frame but don't change the steertube?
I searched some posts , they say you need the hydraulic if you do it yourself, so I'm wondering if there is easier way.

1-1/8" -> 1" no… well usually, i have read some extreme cases where someone replaced loose bearings in the headset to to smaller ones.
