Wanted aluminium cyclocross frame with cantis

i am after an aluminium cyclocross frame for 700c wherls, 54-58cm with cantilever brakes.

i have just bought a complete bike from an old gent (cheap) but discovered cracks in the head tube so its scrap, and now have a bike’s worth of parts with nothing to attach them to.

the perfect frame would be a circa 2005 Alan cyclocross but anything similar considered. i am not into MTBs and i have a steel road bike - i wanted something a bit different.

very sad my xmass project stalled.

interesting - is it a 1980/1990s style logged alen or the later all welded style with the oval downtube?

the latter is what i am after.

also, what size is it (seat and top tube)?
