Wanted Alloy (or light steel, like T-Bone), high-rise 25.4mm 1" quill stem, ideally with a noodle/ hole through it for cantis

Hello, it looks like I'm buying the DB Ascent (as seen on the Ebay section).
I'll be needing a stem as per description please if anyone can help out? There's a Tranz-X one on Ebay at the mo' which are good for the job and quite light, but doesn't have a noodle. I guess a high-rise T-Bone would be grand if it had a noodle as they're reasonably light. Silver or black. Reasonably cheap, sorta £15-ish posted?!
