In closing one thing that I was surprised was the quality of the welding through out the bike, its not quite what I expected from a BMW product as it is not the best I've ever seen!

I don't suppose it was actually built by BMW. There have been a number of car brands that have released bicycles over the years, I don't think a single one of them has actually built the bike themselves; just re-badged something else.

Some of them look pretty decent, but I doubt any of them represented good value when compared to established bicycle brands.
