Hi , as some of you may have seen I am restoring my old Cove Stiffee 2000 MTB. A couple of bits need a bit of attention as they dont fit the period, Skewers for one,. they are currently carbon fibre and just do not match the bike.. I know about Hope , Salsa but what other QR skewers would you have found on a 1999-2008 "free ride" hard tail. Also although a period saddle. I am considering changing my SDG bel air fabric tiger pattern saddle.- Maybe something less loud!! I only remember using SDG's on my bikes and before then Flight titanium's , any others of that era would you suggest me looking out for? Thanks in advance
