94 Explosif build. Finished p7/8

Hi 44, it a 19”. It needs a few touch ups, a good polish and a couple of decals replaced. Should turn out pretty presentable when it’s done . It won’t match up to your BOTY winner though. Congrats on the well deserved win .

I’m the same and have to collect all the parts before starting the build although still end up over looking something lol.

I usually build as parts arrive, this time I’ve decided to wait till it’s all here/ready. I’ll be gutted if I forget something that holds the build up.

Sourced a set of virtually unused chainrings to replace the worn out/damaged set on the white industries crank. Fitted with new bolts. Also made another purchase, 11-28t xt cassette to replace the 12-32t I had. I prefer the slightly higher gearing. That should be about it for the spending, the budget on this build has well and truly been smashed! . I can see a sale of my parts stash in the very near future. Only three parts left to arrive. Then it’s just paint touch up, polish, clean and assemble .

Well the last part was here waiting for me when I got home from work . Soooooo I made a start to the build. It’s going well but I’ve hit a stumbling block. I’ve not had time to paint the stem. Due to the Bars being slipped through the stem I’m not going any farther till the stem is finished. Here’s the progress so far.
