I have had this for ages and had the intention of restoring it but have just been using it as a cool pub bike... it deserves better so up for grabs. At this stage I really don't want to split. As you can see it has never been polished or cleaned in yonks.
It's fairly original bar the saddle, bars, stem & LX shifter combos. The frame has lots of light scratches but no dings, cracks or dents. The fork is the highly desirable 3D which fetch a fair price on there own.Everything works as it should. The Mavic 231s run smooth and true...brakes and gears all good. Its XT throughout (except shifters).The Flite has no rips, just needs a polish. The Smoke/Darts are useable but one has damage to the sidewall so no serious antics! Oh, it currently also has a road cassette on, I should be able to find a wide ratio one I think.
It is located at my house in Southwell, Notts to view or I am more than happy to package up and post anywhere at buyers cost.
