Due to needing funds for another (modern 
) bike, I need to sell something.
It was a straight choice between this Stumpy and my Overburys. Althought the stumpy is gorgeous, it wasn't hand made in a garage in Bristol so the Overburys stays
Its a 1991 (I'm pretty sure!) Stumpjumper Comp in 19" flavour. Its previous owner had it resprayed in the red you see here and applied new decals.
The frame is in fantastic condition but does have a few chips/scratches, which I've tried to show in the pics.
I have a new set of decals from gil that will come with.
It has a full XT groupset, including pedals and seat post. The black ono on the post is scratched from being inserted/removed but the 'XT' etching is fine.
The rest of the components are in A1 condition. There are a few marks on the levers, but again only scratching to the black ano.
I've given her a full strip-down, clean and rebuild with new cables etc and have only been on one short ride since.
I have fitted the very lightly used Farmer Johns Nephews too.
I'm looking for £230 delivered (mainland UK only I'm affraid) for this classic stumpy
