Full bike would likely sell at £350-400 I’d hope.

Last 92 I bought via bids on eBay was sub £150 full bike (XT spec- 3d- flip flop etc)

Would make substantially more split.

Hmm, I know splitting would be the way to go, but wouldn't have thought the difference would be that much. Thanks for your time.
 
I'm certainly not going to argue with @d8mok about Zaskar valuations but I'd be keeping it, rather than let it go for £400

Currently he may also struggle to even get £400 but you only need that one guy who wants it.

Early Zaskars for some reason just aren’t as appreciated as widely as the 93-97 ones. No idea why.

I’d either split it , or hold onto it until spring and hope folk are spending again.

I’d be up for frame /fork had I not already bought 3 Zaskar frames this week for my display.
 
There are couple of good examples on ebay right now;
1 @ £475 and 1 @ £650
They are by no means exact comparisons to yours in condition, and sadly I don't think either will sell at those prices.
