Wanted 90s quill stem, 26mm clamp, 100-120 long VGC

I’m after a 90s era quill stem, 26mm clamp, 100-120 long. It can potentially be black or silver, condition is the main thing as it needs to be free of any marks, or minimal marks at best.

I've got a Cinelli XA in 120 in nice condition. But I can't tell if it's a 26.0 or 26.4 clamp. Online information suggests they were made in both.

Yes, they did make them in both sizes, just to confuse things. I think at first they were just 26.4 and then they made the 26.0 versions as well. The 26.0 versions I’ve seen had a sticker on the box saying so, so I suspect yours is 26.4 if it doesn’t specify one way or the other.

Yes, it doesn't specify. I've no bars to test it and don't own any delicate measuring equipment

I think they briefly did 26.2 as well
Iirc this was to "allow" them to fit either size of cinelli bars
