80s Atala bottle cage fixings

Hi there,

I've got an Atala Columbus, assumed 80s era. I'm trying to figure out what size / style fixing bolts are required for the water bottle cage??? the fixing looks more like a Hexagon shape as opposed to a thread?

Any help would be much appreciated.
