73mm Square Taper E-Type - Help finding!

Lobo has 73mm shell, I think I require either 113mm or 118mm spindle. However, because I need to fit an MRP chain device in there I need an e-type BB that allows extra mm's on the drive side while keeping the axle centre.

I appreciate I can probably fit a 118mm 73 and it'll 'fit' but I want my cranks centered perfectly, not offset by a few mil.

There used to be UN52/UN72 73-113 E-Type, now all I can find are 68mm E-Types (which I think are really just 73mm ones)

Does anyone have any ideas other than buying a Phil Wood?

Ironically I have an Octalink M952 BB in 73 x 116 E-Type but I really want to use my AC cranks
