Wanted 27.5 QR Wheelset

Have just noticed one of the rims on my dads ebike has split! Bit wierd on a not so cheap bike, but then is it surprising on the crappy roads!

The bike is a type of hybrid. 28" wheels, but I've put my 27.5 on there with no issues.

Wheels need to be mtb spacing, 100mm front, 135mm back
Disc and standard qr
11 speed

I'd imagine 27.5 are easier to come by? Although most wheels are now bolt thru axles... I can't seem to find many qr wheels or 28/700c

Do they need to be ebike ready? Or just a decent quality rim?

Does anyone have anything suitable?
