27.0 mm seatpost

Hi all

Yesterday my seatpost snapped on me whilst riding home from work. Very strange feeling. Therefore I am now after a replacement. Not too fussy on model its just for work and back.

Would consider using a shim if thats all thats out there.

Also would appreciate any ideas on how to remove remaining said seatpost
