I've just bought a 1994 Kona Fire Mountain and, amongst other things, I'd like a reasonably tasty seatpost for it. According to the catalogue, it takes a 26.6mm post; a quick search of eBay has turned up nothing but stumpy and tatty road posts or cheap and nasty Taiwanese scaffolding poles.
I realise I'm probably looking for rocking horse poo here, but does anyone have a decent 26.6mm early/mid 90s post - I'm thinking Deore XT, Ringlé, Syncros, USE, X-Lite, Control Tech etc - tucked away somewhere that they'd like to swap for beer tokens? It would need to be in good nick or even NOS (although I suspect NOS is probably impossible nowadays) and of a decent length, ie at least 330mm.
